Kevin San's Ancient Korean Short Rib Marinade.

soy sauce - 2 cups
water - 1.5 cups
puree the following 4 items
1/2 kiwi
2 asian apple pear
1 head of garlic
1 onion
2 t ginger powder
1 t black pepper
3 C sugar
2 C corn syrup
2 T Sambal Oelek
